Shipping policy
Our TAT is typically 2-3 weeks not including shipping. We work diligently to get things out the door to you as quickly as possible within that time frame, but as I am a mom and life happens, sometimes TAT may be a little longer. I’ll always reach out to let you know if your TAT will be extended.
If you have a missing package, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. Once your package is dropped off with the carrier (USPS or UPS), I can only see what you’re seeing in your tracking information. Calling your local postmaster always yields great results as they have more detailed information. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for lost packages.
